Development Plan

The villas at Azure View will have a Caribbean contemporary design and be minimally obtrusive to the native landscape. Natural finishes and materials will be used to keep the buildings in balance with the environment. The development will incorporate green design and services as much as possible.

2 Bedroom Villa

This villa will include a negative edge swimming pool, each oriented to provide the most panoramic views. It is a single story with two ensuite bedrooms that incorporate a walk-in closet, partial outdoor shower, open kitchen and living room space.

3 Bedroom Villa

This villa boasts two stories and follows the same layout plan as the 4 bedroom villa. Out of the 4 bedrooms, home owners have the option to turn one of the rooms into a study or any perfered room of leisure that they desire.

4 Bedroom Villa

This villa hosts 4 bedrooms on two stories. The ground floor level includes the kitchen, living, two bedrooms, stairs and terrace. On the lower ground floor, there are an additional two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge area, deck and pool.
